The Promotion Project of Smart Machinery Industrialization

This project is based on the latest "Smart Machinery Industry Promotion Plan" and aims to achieve the development goals of "Industry Rooting," "System Intelligence," and "Service Integration" for smart machinery. It focuses on the industrialization of smart machinery and targets industries such as machine tools, mechanical components, industrial machinery, and robotics. By enhancing the autonomous technology of smart machinery, it aims to facilitate relevant enterprises in their digital transformation and develop smart machinery products based on solution-oriented approaches.

In the past, this project assisted small and medium-sized enterprises launched smart machine box (SMB) to transform the production landscape. As of 2022, a total of 10,466 IoT-enabled machines have been deployed to fulfill policy objectives, 63 systems integration companies have served 17 types of end-user manufacturing industries. This has laid the foundation for digitization in the industry. In application of IoT, rapid achievement of production management visualization has gradually been widespreaded. The policy's phased goals have been achieved.

In year of 2023, this project aims to provide consultation and diagnostic services and technology assistance for 17 cases or more machinery companies and its end-user applications to increase the self-smart ability. Additionally, this project attends two important fair to present smart technologies and achievement of machine tool and robotics in promoting more companies to join the smart production line. In addition, this project also holds two social matching activities to match the cooperation between companies and prompt the potential business.

In the future, this project will continue to link the end users’ needs, provide intelligent or low carbon technology assistance, as well as business matchmaking to help industry transform and upgrade.
