The TDRI publication “Perspective: Why DIT Matters” reviews the trends and highlights of DIT (Designed in Taiwan) based on interviews with the top designers, researchers and industrial leaders in Taiwan. The author discusses the value and visions, the creative dynamics, and crossover integration of Taiwanese design, and argues that Taiwan possesses great potential to become a design pivot in East Asia.
