Knowledge-Enabled Management Promotion on Food Production Chain

This project aims to assist the food industry chain in enhancing food quality and safety through autonomous management. It will provide the industry with informative resources for learning and reference, accelerating its alignment with the global trend of smart food safety management. Additionally, the project will offer insights into the trends in the elderly healthcare and functional food industry, assisting industry players in improving their quality management techniques, developing products that meet consumer demands, and strengthening competitiveness. The project will also organize progress presentation events, disseminating guidance, technical information, and industry market reports, with the goal of expanding the project's benefits to the overall industry.
