“The Innovation and Development Application-Driven Semiconductor Elite Talent Project” is dedicated to enhancing the practical skills and hands-on experience of university students (including those in universities of science and technology) in the cross-domain integration and application of semiconductor and AI chip technologies. By connecting academic, industrial, and research resources, and adopting mentorship and project-based learning approaches, the project aims to cultivate industry-ready talent tailored to the needs of the semiconductor industry, thereby strengthening the competitiveness of the industry.
