- Modified at:2025-03-21
1. Building a Low-Carbon Industrial Chain
(1) Promote a low-carbon technology application platform, develop three low-carbon technologies, and complete three reports on low-carbon technology achievements.
(2) Submit two research papers based on low-carbon technology research results.
(3) Facilitate the formation of three low-carbon industry strategic alliances, provide guidance to nine companies, secure NT$8,505,000 in self-raised funds from businesses, and compile the technical achievements into three reports on low-carbon industrial applications.
2. Accelerating the Mass Production of Low-Carbon Technologies
(1) Provide low-carbon technology consultation services to businesses, completing 30 service visits.
(2) Through a professional carbon reduction advisory team, conduct in-depth diagnostics based on business needs, propose carbon reduction strategies, and complete two diagnostic reports for two companies.
(3) According to the manufacturers' needs, on-site assessments were conducted to diagnose smart transformation and low-carbon development. A total of 85 assessments were completed, including low-carbon diagnostics, smart diagnostics, and carbon inventory checks. The self-raised funds amounted to NT$3,520,000. Additionally, 85 reports were completed for low-carbon diagnostics, smart diagnostics, and carbon inventory assessments, respectively.
(4) Held three briefing sessions or industry association exchange meetings on upgrading and transformation programs to help manufacturers understand the guidance program.
3. Expand New Application Channels for Low-Carbon Solutions
(1) Analyze the main development directions and carbon reduction practices in the supply chain of international material manufacturers, completing one analysis report.
(2) Collected and analyzed 10 cases of international material industry investments in new carbon reduction processes and completed one analysis report.
(3) Study the carbon emission structure and supply chain relationships within the domestic petrochemical industry, completing one research report.
(4) Analyze domestic supply chain carbon reduction models and emerging business opportunities, completing one analysis report.
(5) Organize three events, including one co-learning session, one technical forum, and one achievement presentation session.
