Branding Taiwan Forward 2023 Achievements:
(1) Strengthening the Foundation
Conducted telephone and on-site consultation visits to enterprises with potential for brand development. The goal was to understand the current state of their brand development and identify their resource needs. As of October 26, IDA has provided services to a total of 113 cases. Furthermore, as of October 26, IDA has successfully completed 76 matchmaking cases, providing suitable resources for enterprises as references. This ensures that the issues raised by businesses receive accurate clarification and resolution. The experts team also conducts regular follow-ups to track the progress of assistance provided. The promotional activities for the project were conducted through both live streaming and physical events, in 3 consecutive sessions. On these days, a total of 395 individuals participated in-person, and 1,735 online viewers were part in cumulatively.
(2) Adjusting the Structure - Strengthening the Brand Value Chain
For entry-level general brand enterprises, we have assigned various brand consultant teams to provide brand consultation, advisory services, brand diagnosis, and more. These services assist them in establishing their brand business development. In year 2023, IDA has supported a total of 154 enterprises.
For potential brand enterprises, we offer diagnosis and guidance projects covering brand strategy, brand management, trademark intellectual property layout, channel management, and other essential aspects. This assistance has been extended to 69 companies, continuously reinforcing the core capabilities required for brand development.
(3) International Expansion - Global Brand Strategy Guidance
For large brand enterprises and key industries, we continue to engage international brand consultant teams. In the current year, we have provided customized guidance projects to Innodisk and D-Link, addressing their specific brand development needs.
(4) Cultural Transformation
For the general public, IDA has organized 2 brand topic forums, including "Green Manufacturing: The Path to Creating Sustainable Brands with Net Zero Carbon Emissions" and "Creating a New Blueprint for Sustainable Brand Development." These events have seen a cumulative participation of 80 individuals. Additionally, we have conducted 1 online brand lecture with 169 online participants. Through addressing various brand topics, aiming to deeply implant brand knowledge in the minds of individuals interested in these subjects, thereby achieving the dissemination of brand knowledge.
