Digital Transformation in the Manufacturing Industry

This project develops a digital transformation coaching guide based on the types and characteristics of small and medium-sized manufacturing industries; regularly analyzes corporate operating processes and takes inventory of demand gaps; assesses digital maturity and plans appropriate solutions; integrates a cross-field expert coaching team. The key tasks and results of digital transformation solution introduction, implementation, verification and effectiveness tracking are as follows:
Digitalization (Level 1): Establish a mechanism to flip the thinking of small and medium-sized enterprises and popularize digital applications
•Digital Transformation Autotoll (Service Group): Combining the capabilities of legal persons and private technical service providers, a total of 18 consultation visits/diagnostics have been completed for 6 major industries.
•Yunshiji Industrial Hall: 139 cloud solutions are listed, and 257 manufacturers have registered and passed the review.
•Completed a survey on the digital transformation trends of six key industries in the domestic small and medium-sized manufacturing industry, and completed a report on the digital transformation methodology of the domestic small and medium-sized manufacturing industry.
Digital Optimization (Level 2): Coaching small and medium-sized manufacturing industries applied to digital technology
•Coached 4 companies and made specific suggestions on organization, process, system, etc.
Digital Transformation (Level 3): Create a model of digital transformation for small and medium-sized manufacturing industries
•Approved R&D financial facilitation for 22 company successors to lead digital transformation practices and planning, driving product R&D upgrades.
