1.In alignment with the Executive Yuan's “Five Plus Two” policy and building upon the foundation of industrial innovation, IDA has contributed to the development of the “Six Core Strategic Industries.” Additionally, IDA has expedited the resolution of talent-related challenges in the five key elements of industrial investment. By means of collaboration with 35 industrial and academic groups, IDA has operated professional committees overseeing 21 competency assessments. These assessments are designed to align with the evolving needs of the industries and guide schools and industries in cultivating and promoting talent. To date, the program has attracted over 23,000 applicants, effectively supplementing the industry with cross-disciplinary professionals possessing practical skills.

2.We leverage digital technology to connect industries and schools, collaboratively designing 30 practical digital learning materials/courses.IDA also promotes and facilitates financial means to enterprises by autonomously offering comprehensive and high-quality internship/training programs. Participants who successfully complete their training and pass the iPAS are eligible for employment or salary increases within the industries.

3.More than 90% of candidates with iPAS certification have successfully secured a job offer on their first attempt, with an average salary exceeding that of newly recruited employees by over 10%. IDA has garnered recognition from 3,800 companies. IDA encourages businesses to actively post high-quality job openings, prioritize interviews and hire for candidates with iPAS certification. This facilitates the entry of certified individuals into the manufacturing industry, effectively supplementing the talent pool needed by the sector. By establishing model cases for both enterprises and certified individuals, the program aims to drive the dynamic human resources market and enhance the benefits of its application, fostering a positive cycle.
