1.Establishment of a Low-Carbon Industrial Value Chain 1.1 Promote the Low-Carbon Technology Application Platform, develop three low-carbon technologies, and finalize three comprehensive cross-domain low-carbon technology assessment reports. 1.2 Form three Low-Carbon Strategic Alliances and provide advisory support to a total of 11 companies. Industry-matched funding reached NT$9,308 thousand. Consolidate all technical guidance outcomes and complete three cross-sector low-carbon application outcome reports. 2. Acceleration of Low-Carbon Technology Deployment for Mass Production 2.1 Deliver 25 cases of low-carbon technology advisory and on-site consultation services to enterprises. 2.2 Assist enterprises in identifying major carbon-emission hotspots and provide targeted recommendations and gap-closure strategies across three key dimensions—process optimization, energy transition, and circular economy. Complete one in-depth carbon-reduction diagnostic and prepare the corresponding report. 2.3 Conduct on-site smart manufacturing and low-carbon diagnostics based on enterprise needs, completing 71 assessments for low-carbon diagnostics, smart-manufacturing diagnostics, and carbon inventories, along with 71 reports for each category. 2.4 Organize four briefing sessions on upgrade and transformation programs to ensure industry awareness of available government support measures. 3. Expansion of New Application Channels for Low-Carbon Development 3.1 Complete one analytical report on policy frameworks and implementation practices for low-carbon transformation in the petrochemical sectors of advanced economies. 3.2 Complete one analytical report examining decarbonization approaches adopted by brand owners across global supply chains. 3.3 Complete one analytical report assessing the potential impacts of the domestic carbon-fee scheme on the national petrochemical industry. 3.4 Complete one analytical report exploring international best practices and emerging business opportunities for net-zero transition within the petrochemical sector. 3.5 Organize a total of three outreach events, including one technical forum, one knowledge-sharing and co-learning session, and one results dissemination conference.
